How payments, cancellations and renewals work on GrahChaal

GrahChaal sells digital astrology services, reports and subscriptions that are delivered and accessible immediately. For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable. You can try the platform on our free forever plan before paying, and you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals while keeping access for the period you have already paid for.
1 Try Before You Pay
- Our Free plan is always free — no card required. It lets you explore the platform and judge its value before you commit to a paid plan.
- Please review the plan features and pricing carefully before paying, as paid purchases are non-refundable (see below).
2 All Purchases Are Final
Because everything we sell is a digital service delivered instantly, the following are non-refundable once payment is completed:
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered, including for partially used subscription periods or unused features.
3 Cancellation
- 1 You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
- 2 Cancelling stops any future renewal charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- 3 Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the current or any past period.
4 Payment or Delivery Problems
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a technical error prevented a report or service you paid for from being delivered, contact us and we will investigate and make it right — by delivering the service, or reversing a clear duplicate or failed transaction. This is limited to genuine billing or delivery errors and does not constitute a general right to a refund.

Who You're Paying
GrahChaal is a proprietary platform of Havteq Solutions Private Limited. Subscriptions and payments for GrahChaal.com are operated and processed by Webnytic Solutions, using Razorpay as the secure payment processor. We never store your full card details.
